8.Q: Is there any warranty with your scooters?
A: Yes, the warranty is 6 months for the battery, 12 months for other spare parts. If scooters are damaged during transportation or have a problem once arrive, free accessories will be sent from China and the freight will be on the seller’s side. If the spare parts are broken within 12 months or the battery broken within 6 months, free accessories will be sent from China and the freight will be on the customers’ side. Man-made damage and water entered are not covered by the warranty. Normally, our scooters will be okay within one year, because there will be strict quality inspections to make sure every scooter is perfect before sending it out from our factory.

We don't supply warranty service for the following situation:
1) The battery goes over the water.
2) The battery is broken by man-made.
3) The cells are burnt out after incorrect use.
4) Return the battery without reason.
5) Open a dispute without contacting us.

1. Our products are shipped from overseas warehouses in Germany and The United States, Canada, free shipping, and products shipped from the EU can be delivered to you within 3-7 days
(except for remote areas, island :EU :Canary Islands USA:Hawaii.)
